In the Old Freezer House we also tell the story of how fishing in Thyborøn developed over time from being a way of life for the individual fishing family to the industry it is today. The Freezer House and the town's ice works were a big part of that development.

This maritime, authentic industrial building sets the framework for the exhibition. Experience the history of the building, the ice industry and the connection to fishing in an exciting story created from pictures and video.
